Gerold: Update 10

I’ve arrived at the time when I do the team as Drow. That’s a sort of tradition for me now. I’m not sure why I “must”, but it does make for some fun alt/renders of the whole crew.

Gerold leads his team of faux-Drow. Even if he is just a male.
Louisa finds the situation oddly amusing. As a half-elf she initially found this horrifying, and then she couldn’t stop giggling.
Jaheira is less amused. Its just part of the job that must be done.
Keldorn is positively cantankerous. At least he got to keep his beard.
Aerie has been nervous in the Underdark. When Gerold held up the team’s only looking glass for Aerie he “accidently” pointed it at himself first and he reacted with a comical shudder. That did wonders for Aerie’s frame of mind.
Imoen has been quiet and thoughtful since her rescue. Being Drow has not changed that.

The team tore through the Underdark quickly. On their return to the surface they were faced with a load of incomplete chores to take on. From Planar Sphere to Umar Hills they’re getting things done!

They put down a Shadow Dragon, and took care of some business back at the castle.

Gerold is particularly happy that Louisa seems to approve enthusiastically of Aerie. He was a little worried a few months back when it seemed like she was unhappy with every woman he wanted to chat with. Aerie has a good and beautiful heart, it seems Louisa agrees.

    I love those drow pics! Gerold fits right in. Looks perfect as a drow. And Lousia’s amusement shines through nicely. Jaheira looks a bit stone faced, but that’s not unusual for her. Aerie and Imoen are both convincing. Keldorn as a Drow with a beard is the only one I think might not pass at the city gates – didn’t think full-blood drow grew facial hair…

    I like the picture of Aerie and Louisa, but one really odd quirk. Aerie has human ears! You generally have to work so hard to avoid elf ears if there’s even a hint of anything elven in the picture, so I’m shocked that the Elf in a pic with an Elf and a Half-Elf doesn’t have them!

      Keldorn is their half-breed slave. He’s just a male anyway.

      It is the second time I’ve struggled with getting two elves in one shot! I think it was Louisa and Jaheira before, that just would not render right. Very frustrating.
      I’ll just argue her hair maybe makes it misleading. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!
